Help creating a workflow to prevent Rev # being entered at a 1st sales stage

Hello.

I could use some help trying to create a workflow that prevents a user from entering any value for revenue (a value greater than $0) when the deal is in our first sales opportunity phase (obvously once it moves stages it will not be forced to $0).
