R12: Euro Symbol turns as Upside-Down Question mark

Dear community,
The issue is described in:  Issue PROD Specific see; Handling Lossy CC_NUMBER_HASH1 Data Reported In CSSCAN (Doc ID 1132313.1)
User needs to migrate character set and some IBY tables reported issue as displayed in the note above.

As per note id  Installing and configuring Csscan in 10g and 11g (Database Character Set Scanner) (Doc ID 745809.1) we have configured Csscan on our DEV2 instance.

1. created tablesapce CSMIG
2. Modified tablspace value from SYSTEM to CSMIG in csminst.sql file
3. Executed csminst.sql script as sysdba user

Please find the attached csminst.log file for the csminst.sql script output.
