Smart Health monitoring Firmware reported that failure is eminent on disk DISK 21- MAJOR FAULT

We have an SR 3-7950527021 opened for 4 STEC drives that show faulted. The action plan is to replace all four drives. Does this make sense or are we possibly hitting a bug?
