User Status via System Administrator > Security > User > Define

I have no clue which Community this should fall into, so pls identify redirection if not in right location. In EBS, in the subject navigation, is the Status (ie, Active, Locked, etc) for an EBS user. I am trying to identify what table (or is it a derived field) Status lives on. It is not fnd_user. Can someone please tell me if there is a table that retains this value? Thank you.
