"Schedule Ship date" and change in "Ship to location" on sales order form related

 Hello All,
We are on R12.1.3.

SO is booked, picked and ready for Ship Confirm but not shipped yet.
Before final ship confirm, user wants to change the "Ship To location".

With the help of processing constraints, we made sure that user can change the "Ship To Location".
Question is, once user changes the "Ship To Location", will "Schedule Ship Date" will change or not?
Reason why "Schedule Ship Date" is important for us because we run ASCP planning and demand on daily basis.

Note: We are not using “Transit Times” feature that is available in inventory.
