Show columns with no data in a report

I'm trying to create a pivot table in a report, of opportunities by sales stage, during a given time period (1 week for example)... but only those sales stages that have opportunities associated with them, show up!

How can I create a report that shows all sales stages, regardless of whether there are opportunities that fall within it

example:

current report:

Date          closed/lost          open

10/1                  10                  50

10/2                   20                 70

ideal report:

Date          closed/lost          open          closed/won

10/1                  10                  50                  0

10/2                   20                 70                  0
