"Ship To Location" and "Schedule Ship Date" related

Hello,
We are in R12.1.3.

I understand that "Ship To Location" change/update will change "Schedule Ship Date".
Accordingly, it will impact ASCP Planning and demand.

Is there any way that when user updates or changes "Ship to location", "Schedule Ship Date" does not change?
"Schedule Ship Date" remains same at the time of entering the SO.

Kindly share your feedback.
