Receiving Transaction Processor (RVCTP) doesnt process interface records

Hi,

We are in r12.1.3 (Just Upgraded)

We have several transaction in the Receiving Interface tables. When I submit the Receiving Transaction Processor with no Group ID, with just the OU id, It completes in an instance and the interface records are as they are in the interface tables.

When I submit the Processor and provide the group_id and the OU ID as the parameter, it picks up the transaction to process and creates the receipt.

The Processing Mode is Set to "BATCH" in the interface table/

The profile option RCB : Processing Mode is set to Online at Site Level.
