Patch 13855823 and Patch 17287546, and now we get Signal 11 when running alerts

Hello,

We installed patch 13855823, which led to a relinking error, so we installed 17287546.  We now notice that when we run alerts, they fail with Signal 11.  We are not sure which patch causes it, but we would like to know what patches to apply now.
