Purchasing a billing discount with a limited validity

 Hi, I'm trying to create a billing discount with 3 months validity.I configured the discount with this "Cycle Discount Information":

Valid from middle of cycle->Full discount

Valid to middle of cycle->No discount

And I used this FList to purchase this discount:
