Fusion Middleware ReportsServer Crash causing all job requests to be queued and the Middleware serve
We have been experiencing periodic Middleware environment failures resulting in the Fusion Middleware standalone ReportsServer crashes leaving all job requests in the queue. These scenarios always requires a restart of the middleware server before the Weblogic and Fusion Middleware environment can function properly again. I have opened several SRs with Oracle Support; however, we continue to experience these Middleware environment "Crashes". The problem is that Oracle Support is telling us that the cause could be attributed to many possible reasons. It appears that restarting the middleware server periodically ( once a week or every two weeks may be a workaround
