Patch took longer time than expected to be applied

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

Release 12.1.3

We had apply patch (17546130-Main and 17043270-Pre-Req for Main Patch) in our development application as per

recommendation under the 3-7390828691 : Note for Collections Transaction prompting for save when no changes made

But this patch will took almost 10+ hours to apply to be apply including Post Installation Steps.
