Buyer approval limit .. r12.1.3

Hello

 This is on r12.1.3

 I have a requirement where, I need to generate listing / report that meet following criteria.

 

1. Employees who are buyers

2. Buyers with their approval limits

3. Buyers/Employees and their reporting manager

4. Buyers/Employees and their job title.

We do not use RBAC.

Please advise if there is such report or query handy to deliver above output.
