Impact of GRC on personalization and workflow

 Hi All,We have implemented GRC (Governance Risk Complaince ) in our Oracle R12.1.3 instance and would like to understand the impact of it in  personalization and workflow customizations.

What are the steps required to be considered if all workflows and personalizations should go through GRC.
Please suggest.
