Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - Error loading class: Log File Bookmark

Hi,
Through GL responsibility  using launch journal wizard  was able create Web ADI template.
But now when use the same navigation , getting this error - Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - Error loading class: Log File Bookmark: 538390.

If I use responsibility Desktop Integration - create document , able to create Web ADI template.

 
Please advise how to resolve this issue.
