Restriction on Discount given on Sales Order.

Hi,

We are implementing Order management for Sales purpose.

We are using Discount functionality.

Is there any restriction, that can be setup to restrain the Discount given on the Sales Order.

For eg:

1)The Discount given on the Order should not be less than the Cost Price. 

2) The Discount given on the Order should not be less than 10%

Please advise on the above.
