updates from anonymous USER

Hi All

We have Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with Oracle 11.2.0.3 database.  We have seen one of the Application profile value got changed today and the update was done by  anonymous user.

Wondering how and when this anonymous user updated?

Why anonymous user updates these profile values , Is it system driven or manual update(Any configration changes from application front ) ?
