default attachemnts to an SR type in iSupport

Hi,

Is it possible for a default attachment document to open when you are logging an SR through iSupport.

This document should open up when you click SR type when you are creating a new SR through iSupport.

You should be able to inpout your details in the documnet, and then save it to that SR.

Please would the guru's here know if this was posisble to be done.

This query is rather urgent, so your help is appreciated.
