PAY: Custom Payroll Action

Dear All

Good Day.

We have a requirement to interlock the ACB / Magnetic transfer payroll action. To my understanding, we will have to create a custom payroll action to lock the ACB assignment action. Can anybody provide us with the inputs create a custom payroll action which can be used to interlock the ACB.

Any reference to the package or a procedure to create a custom payroll action will definitely help.
