How to configure a server to be monitored/ how to monitor Oracle ERP using RUEI

Hi Oracle Community,                I have setup my RUEI Server, but i'm not familiar on how to configure/setup a server to be monitored. Do you have any documents on how to set it up, what to configure or could you show it to me?
