solaris 10/ T4-1 and fmd code

Hello all,I need to find out a document (documents) where i can find the complete list of fmd codes because I need from them to extract code I must me interested in monitoring to setup
a kind of tracker of specific failures.

does this document exist?
I'm interested in selecting the t4-1 hw failures code (cpu/mem/disk/net blablabla)

I really appreciate any hint on this.
I found a lot of articles in the KB but it seems they are organized as single document per code....i would like to have the list of all code implemented......
