Exception error when trying to view a html function

 Dear All,
I have created a new function and attached the same to menu, when i try to access it is throughing the below exception.

Exception:-
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NumberFormatException: null

The Function has the below HTML page which is used for mass communication in i-Recruitment.

/oracle/apps/irc/communication/webui/MassCreateTopicPG

Kindly provide the solution if any one had faced the same issue.
