On hand Quantity V Available Quantity

Hello

On R11.5.10. Looking at an item in the on hand quantities form, Qty 58 is on hand. However, in the Quantity Supply / Demand form there are no available items. The items are in a reservable location, there are no other reservations holding the stock. Where else should I look to troubleshoot this?
