Getting error "RVTSH-189: Subroutine rvtshiline() returned error" while creating a Receipt

We are on 11.5.10.2 and Getting the error while creating a Receipt. Moreover this is happening occasionally and not on every receipt.

1. Receiving>Receipts: Find Expected Receipts Form.2. Enter the document number to be received and choose the Find.3. Choose the 'Header' button.4. Next click on the transaction lines window and select a line.5. Save the receipt.6. Error occurs: "RVTSH-189: Subroutine rvtshiline() returned error
