13.4 Fusion Client custom notification message - can't find documentation

Hi, I read in the Release Notes of the 13.4  Rpas Fusion Client an interesting functional enhancement: "Fusion Client Custom Notification Messages".
I 'm trying to test this new feature but I can't find anywhere in the guides provided with the Rpas release (Administration, User,Configuration, Installation) any instruction or example.

Does anybody know where I can find such a document, or maybe does anybody already know the steps to realize these kind of Notification Messages?
