Exception Behavior in Shipping Exceptions definition

 All,
we are in 11510, have a ques on Shipping Exceptions

In the Shipping Exceptions definition, there is a field called Exception Behavior which is a LOV that contains three values

Error
Information Only
Warning

I'm unable to get any documentation on the difference between Warning and Information Only. Any inputs / pointers will be a great help
