Engineering - Category Set - When creating new Engineering Item, how to only assign one Category Set

Hello gurus,

when we create Engineering Items, there are 2 Category Sets being assigned into the Category Assignment.

What setup is required so that only one default Item Category will be assigned to Engineering Item, just like for Maufacturing Item.
