Journal reversal criteria set configuration questions

Hello Team,

 

I have couple of questions around journal auto reversal setups.

 

1. Some of journal categories are not having any value reversal period on Journal reversal criteria set configuration form. However when I go to journal which I am expecting to be reversed, having appropriate values for reversal period,reversal criteria. I have also configure profile option "GL: Launch AutoReverse After Open Period" so that whenever we open next period program Automatic Journal Reversal will be triggered to reversal the journal entries.

 

What I noticed that if we do not value for reversal period on journal reversal criteria then program Automatic Journal Reversal is not considering those journal categories. So even if I run the program Automatic journal reversal it is not reversing the journal batches.
