Unable to explode MPS item to plan lower level MRP planned items

We have distributed ERP and ASCP environment - ASCP in a separate server.

Issue: We are unable to explode Bill of Material of an MPS item sub-assembly and get planned orders for MRP planned items that are components of this MPS item. We need to introduce MPS planning.

Steps:

1. Created a BOM with an MPS parent item and a MRP planned child item.

2. Added the MPS item to MPS plan in Supply Chain Planner responsiblity in ERP source.

3. Did collection.

4. We can see planned order in collection workbench.

5. Created a production plan with MPS plan as supply schedule

6. Did netting, but the process is not exploding MPS item and planng for lower level items
