Experts,

I am upgrading RPAS 13.2.3.45.1 and RDF 13.2.3.20 to RPAS/RDF 13.4.1.6. And during executing of pre conversion utilities, while executing below utility,

fixDomain -d <gdom> -task RepairChangeArrays -commitChanges

in the output folder log shows message like "Now executing fixDomain in domain '/rpas_data/ont01/rdf/domains/RDFcfg/RDF9'.
Measure SYSDATE baseint does not match in measinfo db. This entry in the change array for WEEK has been marked for deletion. "

Is it error or warning info? Can I move ahead for upgrading. Will highly appreciate if anybody help on this at earliest.

Thanks
