Move OCR and Voting Disk to New SAN Storage ( OCFS2 )

We are on 11.1.0.7 and have one OCR and one Voting Disk on an OCFS2 filesystem (/crs) that we need to move to new SAN storage.  Could someone confirm if the following would work?
1. Create a new OCFS2 filesystem on the new storage (/newcrs).
2. Stop all Clusterware services.
3. Copy (cp) the files from the /crs filesystem to /newcrs.
4. Unmount both OCFS2 filesystems.
5. Mount the newest filesystem as /crs (same name as old).
6. Start up Clusterware services.

Any insight would be appreciated.
