Pre-requisite files are not available for patch 10043072

Release 12.1.3

We are doing analysis for Patch 10043072 and patch 7660309 which was directly included in the patch 10043072. We found that couple of pre-requisite files which are in step 7 under description section are not there on the system.
7. Pre-patch application steps
  1. Make sure the following version of the files are already installed
   ar java/hz/components/account/customer/server
                                    HzPuiCustActLOVAM.xml 120.3
   ar java/hz/components/account/customer/server
                                    HzPuiCustProfClassesVO.xml 120.3
   ar java/hz/components/account/customer/server
                                    HzPuiCustProfileEO.xml 120.2
   ar java/hz/components/account/customer/server
                                    HzPuiCustProfileEOImpl.java 120.11
   ar java/hz/components/account/customer/server
