Are there known performance issues with ASO Execute Calculation scripts?
Background:
We have an ASO cube in Essbase version 11.1.2.1. We are new to Essbase and moved this application to production about one month ago. The solution referenced below worked in Development and Production and when we first migrated to Production.
Situation:
We have a few calculated members in our cube, for simplification, say one of the calculated members is “Variable Labor Mix Impact” and has the formula is A * B. This calculation works fine at leaf level. However, we would like to first calculate each calculated measure at the leaf level and then aggregate the result to the highest level rollup for each "Plant Mgmt Group". For example, at the higher level rollup, the calculated member is calculated as (Sum(A) * Sum(B)), but we would like it to be calculated as Sum (A *
