The Class Enrollment Cancellation Notification by a Learner doesn't go for any approval

Question:
The Class Enrollment Cancellation Notification by a Learner doesn't go for any approval.

Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Learner Admin enrolls an Employee for a Class
2. Employee Logs in and goes to Learners Dashboard (in Learner Self Service)
3. Employee clicks the 'Unenroll' icon against the class
4. Employee fills the details and submits the Cancellation request
5. Employee and manager receive FYI notification and the employee is unenrolled from Class.

We would like to know if it is possible to make this Unenrollment Request (Process: Cancel Learning Enrollment- (OTA_LNR_TRNG_CANCEL_JSP_PRC) go for approval using AME.

I have created an AME rule but it is not being invoked.
