Does Oracle Project Contracts use the same Contract Terms Library as Oracle Procurement Contracts?

Hello Gurus,
Hopefully you might be able to help me with a quick question for Oracle Project Contracts.

Are standard Articles in an Oracle Project Contract selected from clause in the Contract Terms Library, which is used by Oracle Procurement Contracts.  Or, are Project Contract Articles stored and maintained separately?
