Error on supplier merge form

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
Myself Nishit Doshi.
We are facing the below issue. Please provide your assistance on the same. 
 
Issue Description :
 
When we try to do a supplier merge, we are facing an error that "No data found". I hereby attach the screen shot of the error.
 
At the same time, our supplier merge form version is as below.
