How to identify oracle database patch release level

Hello,

Can somebody guide me on identifying what's the patch release level/number of my current database ( 11.2.0.3.? )

I have 11.2.0.3 oracle database base verion installed on Linux 64 with the below patch list applied

$ opatch lsinventory
