Overlapping of Margin Strategy and Area Differential Strategy

 Hi all,

Can anyone please help me to overcome the below problem .When i am creating margin strategy and Area Differential Strategy as shown below

Margin Strategy:

Dept: 1111

Zone Group:2021

Zone: 2022

Margin target:40%

Area Differential Strategy 

Dept:1111

Zone Group:2021

Primary Zone: 2022

Secondary  Zone: 2023

Differential :Matched to Primary zone.

When i am running merchExtractKickOffBatch , the following error is occurring
