OTL: Upgrading OTL from 11i to R12

Dear experts,

Wanted to know if anyone has any document/article id where in information related to Lessons Learnt while upgrading Oracle Time and Labor from 11i to R12, gotchas/tips/tricks/cautions etc.

Any oracle documentation will also be helpful though i have the R12 RCD for HCM.
