Hi Everyone,

I'm currently running EM12c 12.1.0.3.  We want to add a recovery catalog for use in 12c and it fails with not much information.

Problem Description

Go to Database Targets/Database Features/Recovery Catalog Tried to add a recovery catalog for use in OEM 12c and it fails with
