R12 : Relink failed for below modules while applying patch 13631246 and 13599126

Hi,
We did perform a Migration from AIX efxfin1crp 3 5 00CDBC3D4C00 to linux . But we did not face issues then

Relink failed for below modules while applying patch 13631246 and 13599126. We have said yes and proceeded. After each patch we did a relink and it failed for below modules

Relink of module "POCRMC" failed.

Relink of module "FEMCCE" failed.
