11.5.10.2 : Is this the correct patch to be applied on top of ATG RUP7 ?

Hi,
We need to apply the patch 6988522  11i.ATG_PF.H.RUP3 OABC4J fixes V4.8 for solving the issue on CM

We  have applied ATG RUP7 Patch in our system, so need to confirm is this the correct Patch which we can apply over ATG RUP7 Patch?

The readme of the patch states :

IMPORTANT NOTE :

ATG one-off patches do not go through independent Quality Assurance testing,
and are not certified by Application products.  If an ATG Family Pack or ATG PF
Rollup has superseded the fix in this patch, then it is highly recommended to
