Oracle Supplier Network - Punch In

 Hello Gurus,Our suppliers want to use Oracle Supplier network , Punch In feature.
I reckon Oracle Supplier Network is a free software which any supplier install and use.

Please let me know, if i am correct and do give me more details on this feature.
