Please complete your tax accounting flexfield error

 Encountering " Errors: 1) Please complete your tax accounting flexfield " while importing Projects related invoices into AR using the Auto Ilnvoice Master Program.

We have recently upgraded from 12.0.4 - 12.1.3 and nothing has been changed with process.

The workaround is creation of Manual Invoice in AR and did not have any issues.
