EDI ACK records not being generated when order is booked - appears to be random

Hi all,

I am seeing something very strange when EDI orders are being 'Booked' in Oracle OM.  Randomly, EDI ACK records (oe_header_acks/oe_line_acks) are not being generated at the time of booking.  I am not seeing any type of pattern (i.e. same item or customer....) when this occurs so I am very confused as to what is causing this situation to occur and what to possibly look for.

Has anyone seen this before?
