Item restriction - Item to be sold to one customer only

Hi,

i want to sell few items to one specific customer - if i am creating SO for that item with different customer no. it should block me or give me the error. Is this possible?

I used the item restriction from customr master? but its not blocking that item on other customerts.

I want to set this on item level rather then customer level. - item should be sold to single customer only.
