Can't Log Out from Oracle Enterprise Manager Database Express 12c 12.1.0.1?

I see a Help drop-down which works, then it shows the user I'm logged in as System and tried Sys as Sysdba. Then there is a Log Out field which does nothing if I click on it. Embarrassing to ask but shouldn't this be a button that logs me out.

First time with Oracle 12c, have worked on 11g using Database Control and 10g and 9...

Using Windows Server 2012 with Internet Explorer 10

Tried adding my domain to the sites using Compatibility View as that had resolved a different web applications problem displaying dropdowns I had run into on Windows 8 but it made no difference for the log out issue.
