iProcurement: Need to copy the out of box, non-catalog request smartform

In Oracle R12.1.3  / iProcurement Catalog Administrator, there is an existing smartform for non-catalo request. The copy functionality is not enabled and we need to copy this req. Checking the personalization, it is not possible to set the "copy" icon. Does anyone know how to accomplish copying the smartform?
