Notification for Oracle posted Alerts

 I tried long enough to find an answer in MOS to no avail.  We experienced an unplanned outage today in our production environment.  Oracles says they posted an "alert" and I should check the Training and Support page.  It isn't realistic to do that every day, let alone a couple of hours before they actually "planned" the outage (at 4:00am my time).  Is there a way to be sent an email when such alerts are posted?
