How to make Currency field Updateable In Shopping Cart For Catalog and Non Catalog Request

All -

 After A patch was applied, most of the shopping cart fields in iprocurement were read-only. I was able to make all the read only fields EXCEPT Currency updateable through personalisation. I could not understand why i could not personalise the CURRENCY field. In the attached are the fields i was able to personalise with the exception of CURRENCY

Please, can someone help out as to why i could not personalise CURRENCY field or is that it can not be personalised due to the applied patch?
